Whether for PU-applications or fabrication of latex mattresses, whether in the carpet or textile industry, wherever liquid (pumpable) media are mixed with dry substances and powders, or production residues, recyclable materials and reworks need to be added in, the VARIOUS-MIX is a true alternative to conventional depositing procedures in batch processing.

• Our inline-compounding system VARIOUS-MIX gives you the option of continuously mixing or compounding up to three dry materials such as powders or granulates, using up to 10 fluids.
• It is most frequently used for mixing e.g. of latex and chalk, polyurethane and filler.
• Easy adaptation of individual recipes using a clealy comprehensible touchscreen
• Mixing vessel with capacities of only 60l reduce production overruns
• Optional equipment versions range from remote operation to filling equipment for the solid material hopper
