Hansa Mixer is one of the world’s leading providers of foam mixers, aerators and more for the food and non-food industries.
Our foam mixers do a top-class job across numerous industries:
Over 2,000 customers across more than 120 countries trust our expertise, built up over almost 40 years, in the production of foam mixers, aerators, in-line dosing systems and in-line compounding systems of the highest quality, coupled with our comprehensive service. Most of the over 5,000 foam mixers and other systems that we have produced to date in Stuhr, near Bremen, are still in daily use today. Engineering made in Germany!
This success is based on our Hanseatic quality philosophy. The development of new foam mixers, aerators, in-line dosing systems, etc. is always based on our ‘Engineering made in Germany’ philosophy. A highly skilled team of 55 experts develops the mixing systems using the latest technology and only the highest-quality machine parts. Our suppliers are also selected according to the strictest quality criteria. To ensure the highest-possible quality of all foam mixers, in-line compounding systems and other systems, all of our business processes are certified according to ISO 9001.
To stay a step ahead of the market for foam mixers, pressure aerators, in-line dosing systems, etc., we invest intensively in research and development. This applies both to continuous in-house training and close collaboration with research institutes and technical colleges. Research projects are also becoming increasingly important, which we run in cooperation with partners such as Syntegon Technology, BASF, Henkel and other individual branches of industries. Here, our engineering experts meet with experts in process engineering. The synergies enable us to produce highly customised foam mixers, aerators, in-line compounding systems or complete systems, and thus continue to meet the constantly growing demands of our customers in the future.
