Excellent service for our mixing and foaming plants is an essential component of our quality philosophy. This already applies before the purchase. We offer new customers and interested parties the opportunity to test our all of our plants under realistic conditions in our Technical Centre. Alternatively many test machines can also be loaned out – for test series outside of our company facilities.
After the purchase our highly qualified service-technicians help to exclude every risk. They make sure that the machines meet all requirements at all times and that they pay off for our customers quickly and also over the long term. And should in the meantime something not work just precisely right, we will immediately send the necessary replacement part and, if needed, an experienced expert.
Our machines are become more and more efficient, but also more and more complex – e.g. through the increasing importance of software control systems. It is therefore even more important for our customers to always receive competent information. Our experienced employees know the particularities of each machine and can aid you rapidly on the telephone. The answer questions, identify and solve problems and make sure that the replacement parts we need immediately.
If a telephone call is not enough, our technicians will connect with your machine directly over the internet. Via remote maintenance we can precisely analyse the problem and provide effective support in detail Repair- and travel costs can be saved frequently in this manner. Of course the connection with your machine will be established under the strictest security measures. Access is only allowed on condition of your expressed approval. The precondition for this is a connection with Hansa Mixer-Connect as well as a Hotline-Plus-contract.
